All returns must be requested within 7 days of the purchase date.

In case of any “Purchase” made in the week (excluding the DAY OF SHOW) of our show returns must be requested at least 1 day before the show date.
RETURN PROCESS
To return an item, send us the proof of purchase, e.g. digital receipt to contact@songlaap.com
REFUNDS
After receiving your return request and verifying the condition of return policy, we will process your return. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return.
Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed. If any item is purchased with CASH, return process will be detremined with further communications.
